DealVision360, Weil’s industry-leading, AI-enabled deal engine, took top honors in the “Innovations in Dealmaking” category at the 2026 Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Awards.

DealVision360 is the industry’s most extensive private deal terms database, providing valuable, data-driven insights and market benchmarking capabilities drawn from a broad spectrum of transactions on which the Firm has advised. It brings together Firm data and cutting-edge technology for insights, deal execution and a whole new perspective on Tier 1 private equity sponsor activity.

This is the fourth industry honor DealVision360 has received recently. The Firm was “Commended” in the “Business of Law – Knowledge and Data” category at the 2025 Financial Times North America Innovative Lawyers Awards for launching the database. Additionally, it was shortlisted in the “Innovations: Firms” category at the New York Law Journal New York Legal Awards 2025 and was a finalist for “Best Use of Technology” at The American Lawyer Industry Awards 2025.

Winners were announced at an award ceremony in New York City on March 9.
