Turnarounds & Workouts has named Restructuring partner Chase Bentley among its “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers” for 2026.

Chase is one of 12 attorneys under the age of 40 recognized for their work on some of the industry’s most prominent bankruptcies and restructurings.

The publication honored Chase for advising Robert B. Pincus, the Special Master for the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, who oversaw the sale of shares in PDV Holding, Inc., the parent company of CITGO; and Glencore, as the prepetition noteholder, DIP lender, and stalking horse in connection with the CCAA insolvency and chapter 15 U.S. recognition proceedings of Li-Cycle, among other matters.
