Partner and head of the Firm’s IP & Media Practice Bruce Rich has been recognized as a Litigation “Trailblazer” by The National Law Journal.
In a special supplement to NLJ, Mr. Rich was recognized among an elite group of 50 groundbreaking attorneys who have “helped make a difference in the fight for justice” in the area of litigation.
Mr. Rich is highlighted for advising eBay in a high-profile trademark infringement lawsuit, as well as for his work in the music licensing space. The profile also highlights his success in a recent pro bono case involving a death row inmate. In terms of what can be expected in the future, Mr. Rich commented “It will be really interesting to see how the courts and legislatures grapple with unforeseen technology.”
