Brian Liegel and Arianna Scavetti, partners in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Appeals and Strategic Counseling practices, have been named “Premier Class Action Leaders of Tomorrow” for 2025 by Class Action Updates.

The pair is among only 12 litigators nationwide under the age of 40 chosen for the honor.

The publication honored Brian for securing high-stakes victories for multiple clients, including winning United Therapeutics’ dismissal from three major cases that alleged fraudulent kickbacks and for securing a favorable settlement for PepsiCo in a class action that claimed it misbranded its Gatorade Fit drinks as “healthy.”

Arianna was recognized for winning several high-profile cases, including obtaining the complete dismissal of a class action against KeVita Sparkling Lemonade that claimed it misled consumers about the product’s gut health benefits and winning a dismissal with prejudice for Chobani in a lawsuit that claimed its  “Zero Sugar” yogurts were falsely labeled.
