For the sixth consecutive year, Billboard has named Benjamin Marks, Head of Weil’s Intellectual Property & Media practice, and Todd Larson, IP/Media partner, to its 2026 “Top Music Lawyers” list, which recognizes the nation’s top music lawyers.

The annual list recognizes attorneys who “guide superstars and industry-driving companies. They negotiate recording deals, global tours and catalog sales, and their legal savvy is essential to the music business now more than ever.”

Honorees are selected annually by Billboard’s editors.
