Tyler Wiesman
Tyler Wiesman is an associate in Weil’s White Collar Defense, Regulatory and Investigations and Securities Litigation practices. He focuses on government and internal investigations, securities class actions, and other complex business disputes in federal and state courts.

Tyler is also actively involved in Weil’s pro bono initiatives, including representation of a veteran in his appeal in front of the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and an internal investigation for a non-profit organization.

Prior to joining Weil, Tyler was an extern for the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Tyler received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he served as the Notes Editor for the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law. He received his B.A., with distinction in all subjects, in Psychology and Philosophy from Cornell University.
