Thomas Bouton is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Banking & Finance Department. His practice focuses on banking and acquisition finance as well as restructuring transactions. He advises private equity sponsors, borrowers and lenders. He joined the firm in 2024.
Thomas graduated from Le Mans University with a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Law in 2022.
Thomas is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
