Biography
Sven Jelinek is an associate in the Antitrust department of the Munich office. He focuses on advising companies on foreign direct Investments and the full spectrum of competition law.
Sven studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich (law degree 2023) and Université de Lausanne. He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2025.
Since joining Weil, Sven's experience includes advising:
- Lone Star Funds in the antitrust aspects of its €4 billion acquisition of ContiTech, a provider of specialized rubber and thermoplastic products and systems, from Continental AG
Sven is fluent in German and English.
