Shreya Santhanam
Shreya is a member of Weil’s Technology & IP Transactions practice in the Silicon Valley office. She advises clients across a broad range of industries, including consumer brands, technology and software, media and entertainment, health care, private equity, and financial services. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and strategic transactions involving intellectual property and technology assets, including the creation, development, transfer, licensing, commercialization, and securitization of such assets.
Shreya regularly represents private equity sponsors, lenders, and strategic companies in transactions involving intellectual property and technology, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, investments, restructurings, whole business securitizations, and complex licensing and commercial arrangements.
Prior to joining Weil, Shreya was an associate in the intellectual property transactions group at another international law firm.
