Shraddha Madhan
Shraddha Madhan is an associate in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice group in New York. She focuses on securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, and other complex business disputes in state and federal courts.
Shraddha’s recent experience includes serving on Weil teams representing:
- Gores and its SPAC directors and officers in stockholder litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery arising out of a de-SPAC transaction.
- The special committee of the board of a leading U.S. healthcare services company in an ongoing stockholder class action before the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Shraddha received her J.D., with honors, from the Emory University School of Law, where she was an Articles Editor for the Emory Law Journal. She received her B.A., with special honors, from the University of Texas at Austin.
