Biography
Ryan D’Arco is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Ryan participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Ryan has been part of the teams advising:
- MarketAxess in its pending $6 billion sale to Intercontinental Exchange
- Veris Residential in its $3.4 billion take-private by Affinius Capital in partnership with Vista Hill Partners
- Willis Towers Watson PLC in its $1.3 billion acquisition of Newfront
- Sunstream, a Joint Venture of the SAF group and Sundial, in connection with its acquisition of multi-state cannabis operator Parallel in a $1 billion restructuring
- Six Flags Entertainment in its $331 million sale of Seven Parks to EPR Properties
- The Barilla Group in its pending acquisition of GOODLES
- WTW in the pending acquisition by Willis Re, its reinsurance joint venture with Bain Capital, of the U.S. reinsurance division of BMS Group
Ryan received his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Boston College.
