Biography

Rustin Armknecht is an Executive Compensation & Benefits associate in Weil’s Tax Department and is based in New York. Rustin participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to the executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA issues in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, initial public offerings and other strategic transactions.
Rustin has been part of the teams advising:
- Charlesbank Capital Partners and its portfolio company Bridges Consumer Healthcare in Bridges’ acquisition of KT Health, LLC
- DT Midstream, Inc. in its $1.2 billion acquisition of a portfolio of three FERC-regulated natural gas transmission pipelines from ONEOK, Inc.
- H.I.G. Capital in its $118 million acquisition of Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc.
- H.I.G. Capital in its take-private acquisition of Converge Technology Solutions Corp.
- PX3 Partners and its portfolio company Cleanova in its acquisition of Micronics Engineered Filtration Group Inc.
- Stone Ridge Holdings Group in its acquisition of Wincoram Asset Management
- Stripes, LLC in its investment in Databricks, Inc.
Rustin received her J.D., cum laude, from Washington University School of Law, where she served as Staff Editor for the Washington University Law Review. She received her B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Lafayette College.
