Rocco Recce is an associate in Weil’s Patent Litigation practice. He focuses on litigating complex disputes before U.S. district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Rocco Recce is an associate in Weil’s Patent Litigation practice. He focuses on litigating complex disputes before U.S. district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Rocco has served on Weil teams representing clients in a variety of technical fields, including pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, tobacco products, telecommunications, and home automation technologies. He has been involved in all aspects of patent litigation, from pre-filing investigations and motions for preliminary injunction through trial and appeals.

Rocco also maintains an active pro bono practice that includes immigration and domestic violence assistance.

Rocco received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he graduated as a member of the St. Thomas More Honors Program, served as a Senior Articles Editor of both the St. John’s Law Review and the Journal of Catholic Legal Studies, and was the President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. He received his B.S. in Biological Engineering from Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
