Robert C. Feldman

Robert C. Feldman retired from the partnership in 2009. He founded the Firm’s Dallas office and was a partner in the Corporate practice group.
Robert had extensive experience in secured finance, real estate finance transactions (including tax-exempt bonds), and execution of business transactions involving partnerships, limited liability companies, and private equity funds. Robert also had extensive experience in out-of-court and court-supervised restructurings, representing both lenders and debtors in a variety of industries with an emphasis on retail, real estate, mining, and energy-related companies.

In the area of real estate finance and restructuring, Robert represented investors, financial institutions, and developers. Robert negotiated real estate joint venture developments, sales, financings, and restructurings in many U.S. states, Mexico, and Canada.

In his community, Robert served as the chairman of the Dallas Real Estate Council, the chairman of the Corporate Council of the Dallas Museum of Art, a national associate of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and a director of the Dallas Affordable Housing Coalition.

Robert graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law.
