Biography
Radhey Gnanesh is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in San Francisco. Radhey participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Prior to joining Weil, Radhey was an associate in the Banking and Finance practice at a leading top-tier law firm in Mumbai, India, where she represented banks and corporate borrowers in complex financing transactions, and related matters. She also worked as an attorney with a venture investment firm in Chennai, India.
Radhey received her L.L.M. in Corporate Governance and Practice from Stanford Law School, where she served as a Member Editor of the Stanford Journal of International Law and Stanford Space Law & Policy Perspectives; and as Vice-President of Women of Stanford Law. She received her B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, India, a leading law school in India.
