Pinny Goldberg is counsel in Weil’s Employment Practice Group. An experienced trial lawyer, he represents employers across numerous industry sectors on a broad array of labor and employment matters.

Pinny regularly handles litigation and dispute resolutions, and advises clients on a wide variety of employment issues, including restrictive covenants, discrimination and retaliation, whistleblowing, sexual harassment, wage and hour, tort and contract claims, and sensitive internal investigations.  He has successfully litigated numerous cases from complaint through jury verdict or arbitral award.

Prior to joining Weil, Pinny worked at another global law firm.  Pinny earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor for the Cardozo Law Review. He received his B.A. from Thomas A. Edison State College.
