Patricia Su
Patricia Su is an associate in Weil’s Banking & Finance practice and is based in New York. Patricia participates in advising borrowers, private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings and debt restructuring transactions.
Patricia has been part of the teams advising:
- Advent International and its portfolio company, Wertheimer UK Ltd, in connection with an exit financing for the sale of its portfolio company Williams Lea Group Limited
- American Securities and its portfolio company, LaserShip, Inc., in a senior secured term loan and revolving facility
- Genstar Capital and its portfolio company, BW Holding, Inc., in its senior secured term loan and revolving facilities
- KKR Credit Advisors LLC, as lender, in a senior secured debtor-in-possession term loan facility for Accuride Corporation (a portfolio company of Crestview Partners); in a senior secured holdco term loan facility for Accuride Intermediate Co., Inc.; KKR Credit Advisors LLC and other financial institutions in a senior secured asset-based revolving facility, and in a senior secured term loan facility for Accuride Corporation
- Northeast Grocery, Inc. in its $370 million asset-based revolving facility
- PAI Partners, as lender, in a $118 million senior secured term loan facility for Naked Juice LLC
- OMERS and its portfolio company, Premise Health Holding Corp., in a senior secured term loan facility
- OMERS and its portfolio companies, The Kenan Advantage Group, Inc. and Kenan Canada GP, in its $100 million senior secured term loan facility
- PSG and its portfolio company, Inktavo, LLC, in its acquisition of OrderMyGear, LLC
- PSG and its portfolio company, Validity, Inc., in its senior secured term loan and revolving facility to finance the acquisition of Litmus Software, Inc.
Patricia received her LL.M from Duke University School of Law, where she served as a Staff Editor for the Law and Contemporary Problems Journal, and her LL.B from the University of Birmingham. She received her B.A. from the University of Waterloo and her M.A. from Ryerson University.
