Ornella Polito is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust practice. Her practice focuses on all aspects of EU and French competition law, including merger control, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, and advising on distribution agreements (including vertical restraints), cooperation agreements, joint ventures, and state aid. She joined the firm in 2024.
Ornella graduated from Sciences Po – Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris with a Master’s degree in Economic Law in 2022. She also completed a double degree in French and Italian law, earning a Master’s degree from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, in partnership with the University of Roma La Sapienza.
Prior to joining Weil, Ornella trained at the Paris offices of several international law firms and an investment bank.
She is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native languages are French and Italian, and she is fluent in English.
