Nicole Bruner is an associate in Weil’s Intellectual Property, Technology & Science Litigation practice, where she focuses on complex intellectual property disputes.

Prior to joining Weil, Nicole worked as an associate at another major international law firm for over three years. She also served as a Patent Examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for four years. Prior to that, Nicole was a Summer Intern at Fannie Mae.

Nicole received her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, where she was the Symposium Editor of American University Business Law Review, Vol. 10 and served as a junior staffer on American University Business Law Review. She earned her B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, where she also received her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
