Nate McCabe
Biography

Nate McCabe is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s New York office.
Nate received his J.D., magna cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law, where he served as Managing Editor for the American University Law Review and as Teaching Fellow for the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. Nate received his B.A. from Loyola Marymount University.
Prior to joining Weil, Nate served as judicial clerk to The Honorable John T. Dorsey at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
