Natalia Bellomo
Natalia Bellomo is an Associate in Weil’s Antitrust practice, where she advises on all aspects of EU competition law, including merger control, restrictive practices, market dominance and general counselling and compliance.
Natalia’s experience encompasses a broad range of industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, energy, transport, and aviation.
Prior to joining Weil, Natalia was an associate in the Brussels office of a US law firm.
Representative experience as part of a team, including prior to joining Weil, includes advising:*
- Lone Star Funds on its acquisition of ContiTech, the material solutions group of Continental AG, for approx. €4.0 billion
- KKR on a number of transactions, including its acquisition of Biosynth Carbosynth and its acquisition of a majority stake in Green Mobility Partners, a European rail leasing platform
- Merck Animal Health on its $ 1.3 billion acquisition of Elanco Animal Health’s aqua business
- Broadcom on its proposed $69 billion acquisition of VMware before the European Commission, winning Phase 2 approval
- A leading technology company in relation to a competition authority investigation concerning restrictions in an app distribution ecosystem, including in-app payments, anti-steering rules and Digital Markets Act issues
- A client in cartel proceedings before the French Competition Authority
