Moritz Lloyd Nell is an associate in our Litigation practice in Frankfurt. He advises clients on complex commercial litigation matters with a focus on post-M&A disputes and shareholder conflicts.
Moritz studied law at Goethe University Frankfurt (2024). He completed his legal clerkship at the Limburg an der Lahn Regional Court, focusing particularly on complex commercial law disputes. He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2026.
