Marissa Luchs is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Marissa participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.

Marissa received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law where she graduated Order of the Coif, was a Mary Daly Scholar, served as Associate Editor of Fordham Law Review and Editor-in-Chief of Fordham Law Moot Court. During law school, she served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Denny Chin, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
