Marc-Aurèle Berret is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Banking & Finance Department. His practice focuses on banking and acquisition finance transactions. He advises private equity sponsors, borrowers and lenders.
Marc-Aurèle joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining Weil, he worked as an associate for international law firms in Paris.
