Biography
Mackenzie Lucas is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in Dallas. Mackenzie represents public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Mackenzie received her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she was a Dean’s List recipient, an SMU Law Teaching Fellow and served as an Articles Editor for The International Lawyer, where she has also been published. She received her B.S., summa cum laude, from West Virginia University.
