Biography
Mackenzie Lucas is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in Dallas. Mackenzie advises public and private companies across a broad range of complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic matters.
Mackenzie’s experience includes representing:
- Primoris Services Corporation (NYSE: PRIM) in its $422 million acquisition of PayneCrest Electric, Inc.
Mackenzie earned her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she was a Dean’s List recipient, served as an SMU Law Teaching Fellow, and held an editorial role at The International Lawyer, in which her work has been published. She received her B.S., summa cum laude, from West Virginia University.
