Lukas Gebhardt
Lukas Gebhardt is an associate in the Restructuring department of the Frankfurt office. His practice focuses on multinational restructurings as well as insolvency proceedings. He advises companies, management and investors in distressed and crisis situations as well as parties involved in insolvency litigation.
Lukas studied law at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn (law degree 2020) and completed his doctoral thesis (Dr. iur.) in 2023 in the field of tax and insolvency law. He completed his legal clerkship in Wuppertal. Prior to joining Weil, Lukas' professional stations include working as a legal clerk for the restructuring and insolvency department of a leading German law firm. He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2026.
Lukas is fluent in German and English.
