Luc Vanhaeren is an associate based in the Paris office. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. He joined the Firm in 2025.
Luc graduated from the French business school HEC Paris (Grande Ecole) in 2024. He also received a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (Master 2 – Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) in 2024 from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
He is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
