Logan Pugh is an associate in the Private Funds Group in Weil's London office.
He specialises in advising investment fund managers on the structuring, marketing, fundraising and operation of a wide range of private investment funds (including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and debt funds), co-investment schemes, carried interest arrangements and secondaries transactions. He also has experience advising institutional investors on their alternative investment programmes.
Clients for whom Logan has recently acted include: Actis, ARA, InfraRed Capital Partners, Octopus, Px3 Partners, Revetas Capital and Syntagma Capital.
Logan trained at Weil and has completed a secondment at InfraRed Capital Partners.
