Lisa Marie Pieters
Biography

Lisa Pieters is counsel in Weil’s Antitrust/Competition practice. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as litigation in a wide range of industries, including healthcare and technology. Ms. Pieters also has experience with government cartel investigations.
During law school, Ms. Pieters served as an intern at the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Competition in the Mergers II Division and later in the Office of Commissioner Joshua D. Wright. In these roles, Ms. Pieters assisted Commission staff with various mergers and investigations.
Ms. Pieters obtained her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, magna cum laude, where she served as senior notes editor of George Mason Law Review. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from Fordham University.
