Biography

Kathryn Graham is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust/Competition group. Her practice focuses on obtaining regulatory approval for mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of industries including nuclear energy, automotive software, retail pharmacy, and asset management.
Prior to joining Weil, Kathryn served as an intern for the Mergers I Division of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Competition where she assisted with merger control review. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, which as of late has included work on behalf of the Innocence Project.
Kathryn received her J.D., cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center where she served on The Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
