Kate Rosenstengel

Kate also has a robust and active pro bono practice, including representing a survivor of domestic violence in a resentencing application under the Domestic Violence Survivors Justice Act.
Kate earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and served as the Managing Editor of the Human Rights Law Review. Upon graduation, she was awarded with the Pauline Berman Heller prize for outstanding record of academic achievement in service of gender equality. During law school, Kate interned for the American Civil Liberties Union Reproductive Freedom Project and the American Civil Liberties Union of Missouri. Prior to law school, she earned her M.Sc. at the London School of Economics. Kate earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona.
