Julia Eller is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Julia participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Julia received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as a Staff Member on the Columbia Journal of Gender & Law. She received her B.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Richmond.
