Joshua H. Winograd

Joshua H. Winograd is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s Miami office.

Josh received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he served as Online Editor for the Indiana Law Journal and received Book Awards in Legal Research & Writing and in Immigration Law. He also researched and wrote a law review article that was published in the University of Florida Journal of Law & Public Policy. During law school, Josh participated in Moot Court competitions, including the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition, and was a judicial extern to the Honorable Chief Justice Loretta H. Rush in the Indiana Supreme Court, and also to the Honorable Chief Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Josh received his B.S. in Environmental Studies and Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Central Florida, Burnett Honors College.

Prior to joining Weil, Josh served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Carlos Mendoza, for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and also for the Honorable Judge Rachel Blise, for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
