John McDaniel is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust group.
Prior to law school, John served for two years as an AmeriCorps member working in the Milwaukee Public School District with City Year and College Possible. He received his J.D. from the Duke University School of Law where he took part in the Advanced Civil Justice Clinic and was an Executive Editor for the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy. He received his B.A. in History and Political Science from St. Olaf College where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
