- Advent International on the €3.9bn sale of Aareon to TPG and CDPQ and Advent’s reinvestment into Aareon alongside them
- Apse Capital on the closing of its €350 million continuation fund
- Bain Capital on the acquisition, together with Nextalia, of Deltatre
- Soul Foods Group, which owns and manages global food and coffee franchises including Burger King, KFC, Starbucks and Taco Bell, on a minority equity investment by Centerbridge, OpCapita and Metric Capital
