James Fox is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. James participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
James received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Cardozo Law Review. He received his M.S. from the London School of Economics and his B.A. from New York University.
