Biography
Immer Chriswell is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s New York office.
Immer received his J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, cum laude, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business. He received his B.S., magna cum laude, from John Carroll University.

- First Brands Group LLC, and its U.S. affiliates, one of the world’s leading suppliers of aftermarket automotive parts, with more than 20,000 employees worldwide, across 30+ jurisdictions and over $12 billion in liabilities, in connection with their voluntary chapter 11 cases.
- The Cannabist Company, in connection with its chapter 15 cases, CCAA proceeding, and sale process.
- Steward Health Care System LLC, the largest private, physician-owned for-profit healthcare network in the United States with over $8 billion in debt obligations ($7 billion of which is in long-term lease commitments), in its chapter 11 cases.
