Iliès Meyyah is an associate based in the Paris office. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He joined the Firm in 2025.
Iliès graduated from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne where he received a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (Master Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) in 2022. He also received a degree in Law and Financial Engineering (Master Droit et Ingénierie Financière) from the Lyon III University.
He is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
