Hari Vutukuru is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Hari participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Hari received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his M.A. from New York University. He received his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
