Francesca Allegra-Garofalo
Francesca Allegra-Garofalo is an associate in Weil’s White Collar Defense, Regulatory and Investigations and Complex Commercial Litigation practices. She has experience working on a range of white collar defense, investigatory matters, civil litigation, and business disputes.

Prior to joining Weil, Francesca worked at other global law firms. She also served as a judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Francesca also maintains an active pro bono practice through which she aids clients seeking asylum in the United States, obtains civil restraining orders, and secures compensation for survivors of online trafficking.

Francesca received her J.D. from the University of California, where she served as Chief Production Editor for the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs and worked as a research assistant. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Northwestern University. During her time at Northwestern, she spent a semester at the University of Oxford, focusing on International Law and Legal Studies.
