Florian Dehmel is a partner in Weil's Employment Law practice and based in Munich. He advises German and international clients on all aspects of employment law, with a particular focus on private equity and M&A transactions, as well as restructurings and workforce reductions.
Florian brings extensive transactional employment law expertise gained across leading international law firms and the private equity sector, where he served as Head of Employment.
Florian holds a law degree (2007) and doctorate (Dr. iur. 2008) from the University of Bayreuth and an LL.M. (2011) in Commercial Law from the University of Edinburgh. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg (2010) and has been admitted to practice in Germany since 2011.
