Dylan’s recent notable experience includes serving on the Weil teams representing:
- Non-profit religious organizations and individuals in a nationwide class action alleging federal and state labor violations.
- The former CEO of a Silicon Valley social media company facing securities fraud charges brought by the DOJ in the Northern District of California.
- A financial institution in a lawsuit stemming from an investigation by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
- National Public Finance Guarantee Corporation in connection with the restructuring of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and related litigation.
Dylan also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing incarcerated individuals challenging unjust prosecutions.
Prior to joining Weil, Dylan previously worked at another prominent global law firm. He worked as an associate assisting private equity clients and public companies with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, internal restructurings, and corporate governance.
Dylan received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where he served as the Executive Communications Editor of the Florida Law Review and published a note on the Texas energy market. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for Judge Susanne Wilson Bullard of the Florida Eight Judicial Circuit and as a legal intern for Gulfstream Aerospace and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Dylan earned a double B.A., summa cum laude, in History and Political Science from the University of Alabama.
