He advises private equity sponsors, direct lenders and financial institutions on a broad range of complex cross-border financing transactions, including leveraged financings, infrastructure financings, private credit facilities, and restructuring matters across the European market.
Representative experience as part of a team includes advising:
- First Brands Group, a leading global supplier of aftermarket automotive parts, on the restructuring of its various financing arrangements.
- The lenders in relation to the refinancing of CVC's portfolio company, Domestic & General
- Montagu and its portfolio company ISI Markets, a leading emerging markets data and intelligence provider, on the refinancing of its facilities
