Deling Chen is a foreign registered lawyer in the Corporate Department of the Firm’s Hong Kong office. He advises clients on a variety of cross-border corporate and M&A transactions, including private and public mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, entity formation and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Weil, Deling worked in the New York and Singapore offices of a leading international law firm.
Deling is a native Chinese speaker and is fluent in English.
