Connor Krauss is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in Dallas. Connor participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Connor joined Weil as a summer associate in 2024.
Connor received his J.D., summa cum laude, from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he was inducted into The Harlan Society and was a writer and editor for the St. Mary’s Law Journal. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Louisiana State University.
