Clémence is an associate in Weil’s Restructuring practice and is based in Paris. Her practice focuses on insolvency proceedings, restructuring and distressed transactions. She represents debtors, shareholders, creditors and investors in in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
Clémence graduated from Sciences Po Bordeaux in 2016 and from Nancy University with a Master’s degree in business law (Master 2 - Droit des affaires) (2017) and a postgraduate diploma in Corporate Legal Advice (DJCE) (2017).
She is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English.
