Biography
Chika Amene is an associate in Weil's Technology & IP Transactions practice and is based in Silicon Valley and San Francisco. Chika participates in advising Firm clients in a variety of matters relating to the licensing, acquisition, development, sale, use and commercial exploitation of intellectual property and technology. She also participates in advising clients regarding privacy and data security issues in the context of corporate transactions.
Chika received her J.D., from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the USF Intellectual Property and Technology Journal, and her B.A., from the University of Michigan.
