Before joining Weil, Gotshal & Manges in 2023, César has previously worked for another international law firm and for Tier 1 French law firm in Restructuring.
He is a member of the Young Restructuring Professionals Association (Association des Jeunes Professionnels du Restructuring or AJR) and is ranked “Ones to Watch” by Best Lawyers since 2021.
César graduated from the University of Montpellier where he received a Master’s degree in business law (Magistère Juriste d’Affaires - DJCE) in 2015 and from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon - Sorbonne where he received a Master’s degree in insolvency law (Master 2 Droit des entreprises en difficulté) in 2016.
He is a member of the Paris Bar since 2017. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
