Cassien Beudet is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Banking & Finance Department. His practice focuses on banking and acquisition finance transactions. He advises private equity sponsors, borrowers and lenders.
Cassien joined the firm in 2023. Prior to joining Weil, he worked as an associate for international law firms in Paris and Luxembourg.
Cassien obtained a Master’s degree in Banking & Financial Law from Paris IX-Dauphine University.
