Caitlin Flanagan

Prior to joining Weil, Caitlin was a law clerk in the District of Delaware for Chief Judge Colm F. Connolly.  Caitlin received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was a submissions editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law. During law school, she also received her M.A. in legal history, interned for Judge Tanya S. Chutkan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and participated in extramural moot court, going on to win the 2023 National Telecommunications and Technology Competition.

Before law school, Caitlin was a legal analyst for two years at a litigation boutique law firm in D.C. She received her B.A. in English and Political Social Thought as a Jefferson Scholar at the University of Virginia.
